Park Trace Apartments is the best apartment complexes I have ever lived in. The layout and construction of the premises are ok, but what really sets it apart from other complexes are the staff. The management and office staff are not only polite, but extremely welcoming. They make you feel at home, give you a strong sense of security, and resolve issues immediately.

I have lived at Park Trace at over 5 years now and I will say that the it has been a great experience. I have lived at other apartments in the Peachtree Corners area and this is by far one of the BEST places to live. The staff is courteous and they have quick maintenance and the grounds are kept neatly at all times.

Honestly, I love this apartment community. It is well-kept, quiet, I feel safe, and it is a nice commuinity with people who seem to care about where they live. The maintenance guys, Jose, and Luis, just about go out of their way to insure that they do a good job.

This is a fantastic and safe apartment complex. The complex has controlled access and it is normal to see a security guard at night. The management is very responsive and strives to meet the residents needs. The landscaping and scenery around the complex makes for a pleasant environment. This is a great place to live.

When I found this place, I knew that this was the place for me. I have now been here for 11 years and still love it. Yes you have your share of neighbors, good and bad, but that's everywhere you go. The office personnel, management, and maintenance are GREAT!!!! I would highly recommend this place to anyone I know that's looking for a place to reside.

I am very satisfied with my decision to move here. I did lots of research to find an apartment community with a 90% approval rating! The office staff is very helpful and maintenance is performed quickly...the maintenance staff worked around my schedule to complete my work order. They have courtesy officers at night, I feel completely safe living here! The grounds are kept well and the neighbors I've met are wonderful! It is a very quiet place to live. I love the dog park...

Everything is well maintained, the leasing office is very helpful (Evelyn is amazing!), and maintenance is very reliable and quick to respond to service requests. I lived here for almost three years. I loved it. Very quiet and peaceful and the landscaping is very well maintained. All maintenance requests were handled same day or next day. The staff is friendly. The pool area is very nice. I would definitely recommend to anybody looking to rent in Norcross/Peachtree Corners area.
